  • Name, email, phone and address
  • Information about your property and installations
  • Order and invoicing information
  • Correspondence (email, sms, forms)
  • Technical information (IP, device, cookies) – see Cookies

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Contract: Handle quotes, orders, installation and service.
  • Legal obligation: Bookkeeping (7 years).
  • Legitimate interest: Customer communication, security and product development.
  • Consent: Marketing and non-essential cookies.

4. Retention

Customer data 24 months after last activity, accounting material 7 years, consents until withdrawn.

5. Recipients

We share data with processors for bookkeeping (Fortnox), payments (Stripe), shipping (Ingrid), messaging and hosting. No data is transferred outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Complaints can be filed with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

7. Security

We apply technical and organisational security measures, including encryption, role-based access and logging.
